What if it rains during my party?
All equipment is waterproof and thoroughly maintained
to avoid any “mishaps” due to inclement
weather. Tents can be enclosed with walls to keep the
elements out and are available in a variety of styles.
Flooring can also be installed to keep your guests’
feet dry! An on-site attendant can also be provided
to handle any last minute emergencies.
How much space do I need?
There are many
different variables to be considered when recommending
a tent size, but below is a basic rule of thumb to estimate
guest space:
Standing cocktail party: 6 square feet per person
Seated buffet style dinner: 10 square feet per person
Seated served dinner: 12 square feet per person
Theatre style seating: 8 square feet per person
Don’t forget to allow space for any entertainment
& dancing, food & drink areas, or any other
miscellaneous items you may be including.
Do you rent just tents?
No! In addition to the many tent accessories available
for your event, we can also supply a variety of tables,
chairs, dance floors, staging, restroom trailers, generators,
fans and heat.

Number of restrooms - Do I have enough?
Parking - Where will guests park?
Size of yard - Is it large enough to accommodate the
number of guests?
Power - Do I have enough to power all of the equipment
at the party?
